Things to do in Scalea South Italy

Located in the southwest of Italy, Calabria is the toe of the Italian boot!  We find it extraordinary that given its unbelievable riches it still remains relatively unknown to this day. The nature, people, history and traditions create a unique Calabrian feel, not forgetting the incredibly diverse and delicious kitchen of the region.

Travel to the unspoilt pretty seaside town of Scalea - one of the most visited holiday resorts in Italy, with its long, clean beaches and crystal clear seas... what more could you want!  We have a wide range of appartments. Take a trip over to this relatively undiscovered region of Italy and see first hand all that it has to offer you!

Scalea

A coastal holiday town with clear blue sea and rugged mountains along the Tyrrhenian coastline. This region boasts long hot summers and mild winters. A friendly place that shows you the real Italy in Scalea, steeped in tradition and culture yet still has all the amenities that you would expect, including restaurants, bars, festivals and beach parties during the summer months and still remains very warm for most of the year, a great place for a relaxing & enjoyable holiday in the Italian sunshine.

Great choice of things to do over there. I visited Scalea 3 years ago, we had a fantastic time there I just loved how friendly everyone was. I have been wanting to go back ever since, for a while we even considered moving over there as it looked so beautiful... maybe one day !
